These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NIDOOL platform, websites, applications, services, learning environments, assessment systems, certification services, and related products (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
Platform
NIDOOL and all associated websites, applications, learning environments, examination systems, certification systems, APIs, and services.
User
Any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.
Institution
Any school, university, training centre, corporate organisation, government agency, professional body, certification organisation, or other entity using the Platform.
Learner
An individual participating in educational activities through the Platform.
Educator
Any instructor, trainer, teacher, facilitator, examiner, assessor, or content creator using the Platform.
Content
Courses, videos, assessments, examinations, documents, learning materials, text, graphics, software, and other materials available through the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- You comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You meet any age requirements applicable to specific services
- Where required, you have obtained parental or guardian consent
- Institutions are responsible for ensuring that their users meet applicable eligibility requirements
3. Account registration
To access certain services, users may be required to create an account. Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts. NIDOOL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use
Users shall use the Platform responsibly and lawfully. Users agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Engage in fraud or deception
- Interfere with Platform operations
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Harass or abuse other users
- Circumvent security measures
- Submit false information
- Misrepresent identities or qualifications
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
6. Academic integrity
NIDOOL promotes integrity in education and assessment. Violations may result in assessment invalidation, certificate revocation, account suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform.

- Do not falsify academic records
- Do not obtain certificates through dishonest means
- Do not interfere with examination processes
7. Assessments and proctoring
Certain assessments may utilise identity verification, video monitoring, audio monitoring, browser monitoring, screen monitoring, AI-assisted proctoring, and activity logging.
By participating in monitored assessments, users consent to such monitoring where permitted by law. Institutions may establish additional examination requirements.
8. Certifications and digital credentials
NIDOOL may issue certificates and digital credentials directly or on behalf of partner institutions. Certificates may be verified, revoked, suspended, or corrected where evidence of fraud, misconduct, administrative error, or policy violations exists.
Issuance of a certificate does not guarantee employment, admission, licensing, or professional recognition.
9. Educator and content creator responsibilities
Educators are responsible for the accuracy of course content, compliance with applicable laws, respecting intellectual property rights, and maintaining professional conduct.
NIDOOL reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, or remove content that violates these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
NIDOOL and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Platform. Unless otherwise agreed, NIDOOL owns the Platform, institutions own their institutional content, educators own original content they create, and users retain ownership of personal submissions.
Users grant NIDOOL the rights necessary to host, process, display, and deliver content through the Platform. No rights are transferred except as expressly stated.
11. Payments and fees
Certain services may require subscription, licensing, assessment, certification, or marketplace fees. Users agree to pay all applicable charges. Refund eligibility shall be governed by NIDOOL's Refund Policy.
12. Third-party services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services. NIDOOL is not responsible for third-party content, websites, external services, or privacy practices. Users access third-party services at their own risk.
13. Data privacy
NIDOOL processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, and protected.
14. Service availability
NIDOOL aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Services may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, network interruptions, or force majeure events.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIDOOL disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and continuous availability.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIDOOL shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from use of the Platform.
17. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless NIDOOL, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims arising from violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.
18. Termination
NIDOOL may suspend or terminate access where Terms are violated, fraud is suspected, security risks arise, or termination is required by law. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
19. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction designated by NIDOOL, without regard to conflict of law principles.
20. Changes to these terms
NIDOOL may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and NIDOOL regarding use of the Platform and supersede prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
